You may know her from BET’s 106 & Park, but radio listeners can now catch Raquel  “Rocsi”  Diaz on her own national radio show,  Rocsi on the Radio. With what looks like a 70-hour fun week,  she must not sleep.  She shares with us her favorite tech gadgets that keep her on-the-go.

Wen you DJ, are you old-school vinyl or iPad downloader?I prefer to DJ on CDs. I have a whole set-up at home to practice on.  I’m still learning, but I have taken over a few sets and been able to DJ with Talib Kweli.

What is your surefire hit song to motive wall-huggers?

I feel anything with Rihanna right now gets people dancing.

You see videos all the time, what are your top three?I do enjoy it when Rihanna has any video on the countdown.  She has great style and her videos are fun and colorful. I really liked the Jay-Z and Kanye West “Otis” video and Bruno Mars’ video for “Grenade” when it was on the countdown.

You reply to tweets during commercial breaks on 106 & Park. How do you choose who to reply to?I randomly pick people. I also send direct messages to some.

What apps can’t you live without?Instagram. I love changing my pictures with that app and enhancing photos from my travels. Echofon for Twitter because I’m always tweeting. And I love the Kayak app for travel because I’m always on-the-go, looking for flights.

Where are you going next?On my next trip I’d like to go to Europe and travel all over.I still have yet to go to Spain, but my favorite place to go to is any tropical island.

What is the longest you’ve gone withoutlogging on to email?The longest I’ve gone is a week with no emails or phone;it was heaven.
