There’s still a few months of chilly weather ahead, but if artic temperatures are getting you down, usher in spring a little early with Bond No. 9’s new Central Park west scent. Available March 15th – just in time for the first blooms – Bond No. 9 smells of fresh orris, jasmine, linden, gardenia and narcissus, with hints of ylang ylang and a bold yet subtle dash of pepper.
While vegetation can be hard to come by in New York, the folks at Bond No. 9 definitely have a way with showcasing the lush, green alter-ego of the big city. Central Park West is the newest addition in the company’s ode to New York parks which already includes Central Park, Gramercy Park, Bryant Park, The Highline, Washington Square and Madison Square Park.
Not only does the fragrance smell like spring, it’s also wrapped in an appealing package. “Smelling good with a New York accent,” the scent’s wrapping is just as mellow with an edge as the fragrance itself. A vibrant purple houndstooth-printed bottle is accented with a chic pink rose that when removed, can also be worn as a pretty brooch.
Central Park West scented products – which retail for $75 to $250 -- are available at Bond No. 9’s six NYC stores, Saks Fifth Avenue and online at bondno9.com.
