Spring is right around the corner, so that means it is time to prep your feet. We know you were looking fly with your boots during the fall and winter months, but behind the scenes, for some of you, your feet were suffering a “shoeicide.” A Jones woman is always prepared, so we are here to help you feel as good as you look. Indulge in some self-pampering the natural way. We have some DIY recipes to get your feet ready for the new season and most importantly the shoes.

Brown Sugar - This item is a wonderful exfoliation for your skin. It removes impurities and dead skin cells the extra bonus, brown sugar is a great source of vitamin B.
Sweet Almond Oil – This healing oil is known for being a major ingredient in many lotions. Packed with vitamin E, an agent that is great for the skin, and many antioxidants, this oil is known to reduce scaring in the skin (those strappy sandals that dig in your skin) and to keep your skin conditioned and protected.
Tea Tree Essential Oil - Known as one of the greatest skin toners on earth, this oil is a great cleanser that removes dead skin cells from the skin. Tea tree oil opens up clogged pores and removes bacteria.
Lavender Oil – With its strong calming properties, lavender oil also has strong antifungal and antiseptic properties. This soothing oil will have your feet feeling relaxed and refreshed. (Bonus: Use lavender oil to help with burns and repel mosquitoes and moths.)
Peppermint Oil - Peppermint oil has a wonderful smell and contains Menthol, which is good for skin. It gives a cooling effect and nourishes dull skin. This oil is also known to soothe aching feet.
Foot Scrub 1 cup of brown sugar ½ cup sweet almond oil 5 drops tea tree essential oil
Foot Soak ½ cup of Epsom Salt 5 drops of peppermint 3 drops of tea tree essential oil 3 drops of lavender oil
Foot Oil 2 drops of lavender 5 drops of lemongrass 10ml sweet almond oil 2 drops of peppermint
