We stumbled on this great Q&A with Sudanese model Grace Bol from WWD and it made us love her all the more. Raised most of her life in Kansas, the 21-year-old, 5-foot-10 beauty has appeared on runways from New York to Paris, and has appeared in shows from Vivienne Westwood, Tracey Reese and Givenchy.
Did we mention Fall 2011 was Bol's first fashion week? What was most refreshing is her take on personal style: "I'd much rather be in a beautiful gown than jeans and a T-shirt."
