This past weekend (Saturday July 28th) Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon celebrated the 13th annual Art For Life Gala with many other stars at Russell Simmons' East Hampton home. The event was hosted by Soledad O'Brien and was completely star studded with celebs like Star Jones, Grant Hill, Tamia Hill, Michael Williams, Tika Sumpter, Melanie Fiona, and many more who all helped contribute to help raise $1.9 million and still counting. Donations from the Art For Life benefit the foundation's signature art's education and gallery program which serve 2,300 students each year. The night was completed with performances by Salt N Pepa, Anita Baker, Melanie Fiona, and of course Russell's nephew Hip Hop sensation Diggy Simmons.
