Ginger- Known for its power to get rid of a cold, ginger is also great for reducing bloating. Ginger contains a protein digestive enzyme that helps with the prevention of gas caused by protein rich foods. It is also a natural anti-inflammatory, so ginger is known to reduce inflammation that can sometime be caused by stomach acids.
