Collectively these drinks have heavy doses of antioxidants, vitamin C, A, E, B, calcium, protein, potassium, fiber and so much more. Sit back, relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy.

Coconut-Mango-Lime Green Smoothie Recipe 

1 mango, peeled and pitted
1/2 lime, peeled and deseeded
1/2 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
3 cups  kale
8 ounces of unsweetened coconut milk

Kiwi and Banana Smoothies

1  banana, peeled and cut into chunks
1    kiwifruit, peeled and sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1  cup   low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup   ice cubes

Pineapple Blueberry Smoothie

1  cup fresh blueberries
1 (6 ounce) container vanilla yogurt
1 cup fresh pineapples

Put all recipes in a Nutribullet or blender and enjoy.
